What we collect
When you submit a form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, desired move-in date and floor plan, and your message. We also record which page you submitted from.
Our host records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
If you agree verbally to receive text messages, we record your name, phone number, the date, and the staff member who took your consent.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, schedule tours, and tell you about availability and pricing; to send residents rent reminders, property announcements and maintenance notices; and to coordinate work order scheduling with maintenance vendors. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
You can agree to receive text messages from us by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or by agreeing verbally with our staff by phone or in person. If you opt in, you agree to receive text messages from us at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of renting, of your lease, or of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Only with the vendors that run this site and our leasing operation, and only so they can do that work: our website host, our form handler, our property management software, and our screening provider once you apply. We also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain. The map on the Contact page is embedded from Google and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry and application records for as long as our fair-housing record-keeping obligations require, and then delete them.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Ask us to unsubscribe from email and we will. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, contact us using the details below and we will respond as the law requires.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no website can promise perfect security. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
