Rents, deposits, fees, specials, square footage and availability can change without notice and may be limited to a specific apartment or time. Photographs and floor plan drawings are representative and may not match a specific apartment. Call our leasing office to confirm anything you plan to rely on.
Applications
Applying does not guarantee approval or reserve an apartment. Applications are handled on a separate platform under its own terms, and approval is subject to our rental criteria and, as an affordable housing community, to program and project eligibility including household income and student status.
Text messages
Drake Reperforming SPE LLC, doing business as Vista Lago Apartments, sends text messages to prospective tenants about their inquiry, tours, pricing and availability; to residents about rent reminders, property announcements and maintenance notices; and to maintenance vendors about work order scheduling. You can opt in through our website contact form or by agreeing verbally by phone or in person.
If you opt in, you agree to receive text messages from us at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of renting, of your lease, or of any purchase.
